The Leica M2 was launched in 1957 as a simpler, more affordable version of the popular M3 model. With 35mm frame line, the M2 became a favorite among photographers, especially street photographers and photojournalists, for its compact size and reliable manual controls.

This M2 is an early Version M2 which featuring button rewind, No  selftimer, and having Small Window.

● Appearance condition

The body is in excellent condition.

The top plate showing a little sign of use, nothing deep. No ding or No dent.

● Optics Condition for finder

The viewfinder is pristine, No haze and no fungus. The rangefinder is working very well.

● Functional Condition

All functions working perfectly. Shutter work properly. Film advance is very smooth. Rangerfinder work correctly. Focus path is sharp.

The shutter speed working accurately. the Shutter curtain is beautiful.
