A legendary 50mm f/2 lens featuring a 7-element optical formula, the Dual Range Summicron offers exceptional sharpness and classic Leica rendering—rich contrast, smooth tonal transitions, and refined bokeh. Its defining feature is the detachable “goggles,” enabling close-focus down to ~0.5 m with parallax correction, making it one of the most versatile vintage M lenses. Built with typical Leitz precision, it combines high optical performance with rare mechanical ingenuity.

 ●Appearance condition

The lens Body is in beautiful condition without ding or dent. It show a little sign of use.

●Optics Condition

The lens was Cal recently. There is no hazy or fungus inside the lens. The front glass is clean without scratches.

Rear lens have 2 dot left in coating due to cleaning service and it is too small to effect any pictures.

●Functional Condition

Focusing smooth, aperture click, no oils leak in aperture blade.

・ EXC++(excellent plus plus) 90-95% : Lens Glass very clean – cosmetically may have marks & some dust which will not affect picture quality.

・ EXC+(excellent plus) 85-89%Shows signs of moderate use – Lens Glass may have marks & some dust which will be unlikely to affect picture quality.

・ EXC (excellent) 76-84% Shows some signs of use – Lens Glass may have marks & some dust which will be unlikely to affect picture quality.

・ GOOD-USER 65-75%Appears well used and may include dings, brassing, scrapes and bruises but is in functional condition. Glass may have cleaning marks or small scratches which may affect picture quality.
