[EXC++] SUMMICRON 50 F2.0 V1 Radioactive yellow glass – Thorium coasting   S/N: 1023670 made in Germany

SOOIC-M. Collapsible Summicron. Manufactured in 1954. Leica M mount. 7 elements in 6 groups. Feet scale. Thorium elements.

Very nice black and white lens in Leica 50mm range because of its low contrast character adding with light yellow glass will add extra contrast to the lens. It takes better B&W photos.

Condition:95%  , Optic: 95%  function:100%

 ●Appearance condition

Lens body is in exellent condition. Body have minor scratches, Show minimum sign of use. No ding or dent.

●Optics Condition

Glass is in pristine condition, with No haze, fungus. Minimum dust inside, but no effect any image.

Front glass have minor cleaning mark. These lens have very soft coasting, but condition of front glass be called “AMAZING” when 95% lens our there have very bad condition.

●Functional Condition

Focusing smooth, aperture click and smooth, no oils leak in aperture blade.

・ EXC (excellent) 76-84% Shows some signs of use – Lens Glass may have marks & some dust which will be unlikely to affect picture quality.

・ GOOD-USER 65-75%Appears well used and may include dings, brassing, scrapes and bruises but is in functional condition. Glass may have cleaning marks or small scratches which may affect picture quality.
